Organisations have the opportunity to sponsor a Keynote Session at the Symposium. This opportunity provides sponsors with a high level of exposure with your company brand being associated to the material presented at the session.
Organisations have the opportunity to sponsor up to five Inspire or In-Focus Sessions in a room at the Symposium (pending finalisation of the program). This opportunity provides sponsors with a high level of exposure to those with high interest in the specific topics.

The Bloody Mary Breakfast is an opportunity for delegates to recover from the festivities of the Event Awards. This is the first opportunity to meet the delegates in a relaxed environment before the sessions kick off.
After a day of thought-provoking and inspirational Symposium sessions will be a relaxed, delicious opportunity to get to know your fellow delegates over dinner, and see more of what the Sunshine Coast has to offer.
A new day brings together the delegates for an opportunity to refuel, to connect with others and make new contacts before the sessions begin.
Following an inspiring closing plenary, delegates are invited to gather one last time for drinks on the balcony of The Events Centre, where they can say their goodbyes, exchange contact details to stay connected throughout the year and unwind with a drink!
Each registered delegate will receive a satchel to hold their Symposium materials and belongings. These satchels will be used by delegates throughout the Symposium and after the event.
Each registered delegate will wear this lanyard at all times with their name badge, providing the sponsor with high visibility opportunities to promote their brand at the Symposium.
Each registered delegate will receive a portable phone charging unit to charge their device throughout the event. In the age of technology and with the Event App holding the program, devices will be widely used throughout the day. With minimal opportunities for delegates to charge their devices, portable chargers will come in handy to keep delegates connected.
Each registered delegate will receive a notepad, pen and USB. These items will be used by delegates throughout the Symposium and after the event, to hold their notes and save the PDF presentations from the Symposium on their USB.
This is a prime opportunity for a company who has an event app to showcase it to their target market. The sponsor will be required to provide a completed app with all Symposium content uploaded for use by delegates.
Sponsoring the coffee cart for the two days of the Symposium will make you the event industry’s best friend...coffee is a must in this industry’s daily operations!
Across the two day Symposium, a coffee machine, two baristas and lots of coffee will be made available to delegates in the exhibition hall at morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
Sponsoring the Ice Cream is a great opportunity for a sponsor to promote their organisation’s hospitality to all conference delegates. Provided at afternoon tea on Friday, it’s a sugar hit after a full two-day Symposium program, before heading into the closing plenary of the 2017 program.
Sponsoring the Lunch and Teak Breaks is a great opportunity for a sponsor to promote their organisation’s hospitality to all conference delegates. Delegate Breaks include Arrival Tea and Coffee, Morning Tea Break, Lunch Break and on Friday, Afternoon Tea Break.
